1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled using our website.

2. Time Frame : Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Condition : Product must be unused with original packing intact.
4. Mandatory : A clear opening video of the parcel is required for any return or replacement request.
5. Exclusions : Returns are not accepted for color variations due to lighting or customer handling damage
